Oru Oorla Movie Review

Ilayaraja is a master at background score. If you don’t believe the words, watch Oru Oorla. The movie is about a lovely relationship between a young child and her uncle.

Set in rural village, the film speaks an innocent language. It is enjoyable and entertaining all through,
Produced by P Velusamy and directed by K S Vasanthakumar, the movie has Venkatesh and Neha Patel in the lead, with Indrajit and Annapoorani playing important roles.

An aimless youth who spends all his time drinking is reformed after the birth of a baby girl to his elder brother. The child becomes his life. he sees his mother in the child.

But one bad act of his brother lands both the child and her uncle in trouble. All the characters have played their part well.An innocent life in village is well-captured. Everything is fine about the film. Length is also short not testing your patience.

Finally it is Ilayaraja who enlivens proceedings. The beautiful BGM adds strength to the film.

Verdict: Simple tale
